Shipping and Processing times

All hair care products are handmade. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing, this does not include weekends and holidays. Shipping time will be dependent on which shipping method was picked by the customer. Customers will be notified about any processing delays. Bri Organix will do our best to notify customers of shipping delays when that information is provided from the shipping company. 

Refunds and Returns

We do not offer refunds on hair care products unless there is an issue with the item that was caused by the Bri Organix team, for example you were sent the wrong item or the product came melted and/or damaged. 

If there was an issue with a product that was caused by Bri Organix you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

To start a refund and return, you can contact us at customerrelations@briorganix.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
